Test Results

The GP, after reviewing your test results, will send you a text message, either requesting to book an appointment or, confirming your results are normal.  Within this message you will be advised whether an urgent or routine appointment is required. The reception team can see all messages sent out by the surgery. 

Please also check you online record as GP comments and the results will be available to you once the GP has reviewed them.

You are welcome to call after 14:00 to enquire about your test results as our staff will have more time to help you at these times. Please use the main surgery number. 

If you have not heard from us regarding your results please contact the reception after 2 pm for advice.  It is then your responsibility to check them and make any necessary follow-up appointment with the doctor

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
