Patients registered at most practices across mid and south east Essex can pre-book urgent GP or nurse appointments on Good Friday, Saturday 16 April, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday. Appointments are available to book at one of the hubs located in Mid Essex, Thurrock, south east Essex and Basildon and Brentwood. People can ask their own GP practice for details on how to book.

If you think you need urgent dental treatment, call your regular dentist. If you cannot contact reach your dentist or you do not have one, use the NHS 111 online service. If you need an appointment, this will be arranged at an urgent dental care centre.

Patients visiting the surgery are often unwell and vulnerable. By asking all patients and staff to continue to wear facemasks we are reducing the risk of transfer virus to those already unwell.
We are also protecting our clinicians, who see a large number of patients each day. This will help us to reduce the possibility of an outbreak reducing appointment availability.

Systmonline -This is linked to our clinical system. To sign up complete the application form. We can then issue you with your user name an password either in person or by text message.
NHS APP -visit www.nhs.uk and complete the registration online. This is a separate service to the surgery and we are unable to help with queries of registration. A request for the surgery code may be requested which is F81097
