REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
Do not call the surgery to order your prescriptions as this blocks our telephone lines and we cannot take requests by telephone.

If you can order using the online service this would be appreciated.

You can drop your request into the post box on the wall outside. This is emptied several times a day.

Post your request into the surgery using Royal Mail.

We will except via email for a limited period of time but this unfortunately does overload the system. With this in mind please use the NHS APP at www.nhs.uk where you can sign up using your passport or driving licence for identification.

We will only prescribe your normal allowance. We cannot issue before your prescription due date.

It would be very helpful if you could nominate a pharmacy to receive your prescriptions electronically for you to collect directly from them. Please speak to the pharmacy who can arrange this for you or write this on your next request.

Medication reviews can be delayed while we are at this critical time. However, for your own safety this does need to be done at least once per year.

Our team are working extremely hard to fulfil all request your patience is appreciated.

Wherever possible please avoid coming to the surgery and contact your pharmacy to check if prescriptions have been completed before contacting us. WE REQUIRE 72 hours notice for all repeat request.
